Take I-87 south and get off at exit 7, Rt. 7. Swing around onto Rt. 7 heading east towards Troy. As you cross the Collar City Bridge take the first exit on the right bearing hard right. This will bring you onto Rt. 4 (River Street) heading north. Proceed until you see 101st Street. Take a right onto 101st and proceed until the street ends at the gates to a cemetery. Turn left just before the gates then take your first right onto Grace Court.
